[users] how use ActiveX Control with HTML OBJECT element

Hi,

Because the ActiveX Control don't work using the follow configuration of
HTML OBJECT element.

<object type="application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.spreadsheet"
       data="planTest.ods" width="100%" height="400">
 alt : <a href="planTest.ods">planTest.ods</a>
</object>

and, there is a way to allow the user edit in place the spreadSheet?
