I noticed Enno Fennema has been posting recently about the same problem I am experiencing (with OO 2.03-1 and now still OO 2.03-6). When using oowriter, I can't do a second save. I simply get a "could not create backup copy" error message. This occurred for both OO2 versions and for multiple users, starting mid-workday and staying thereafter. Instead of Suse 9.2, I'm using Debian Sarge running on AMD64 with OO2 in a 32 bit chroot. Curiously, I use device_mapper as does Enno, but for my home users' directories. I'm wondering if anyone has gained any insight into this problem, and just wanted to make people aware of its possibly increasing frequency. I suppose the best solution would be 64 bit OO2 :) Thanks in advance for any help/commiseration. -Eric Jahn
