Hello there Keith/ Many thanks for your response (and blessing!) It wasn't a silly suggestion at all as far as I'm concerned..I wasn't using the Insert/Envelope facility on this occasion, as I was trying to print an envelope from my existing Templates. Creating a new one from the Insert /Envelope facility worked just fine. It looks as if I will have to re-create all my envelope templates, (fortunately not too many) as I haven't found a way to correct them. My thanks again, John B.
