Michael, It must be in the translating by OOo of the HTML-code.
The browser somehow assumes that column 4 (ISO 8073) and 5 (Transport) need to be of the same height as column 2. Because of the way the text is aligned in column 2 it needs to be higher than a normal row. If looked at the sourcecode for the table and it doesn't instruct the columns 4 and 5 to be higher than the normal row. Therefore OOo is displaying the rows according to the code, but with an unexpected twist. Maybe this is a bug in the interpretation of HTML-code.
