After creating the writer document that has all the labels presented
along with the data source names, open up the data explorer (F4).
Select the database and table that has the data you want, then select
all the rows that you want to be imported into the writer document.

Once you've done that there is a button that will be visible of "data
to fields". Select that and the data will be put into the field within
the labels.

Let me know if its unclear at all and I'll try to explain...

The Morses,
I have tried playing around with ooo label. to me it seems hard to do the
mail merge. i have used a database from a spreed sheet. do i have to drag
and drop every name and address in each box or is there a function where i
can just press and every name and address on the spreadsheet will be
imported to different labels?
Thanks, Daniel
