You are right - 3875 is not about D&D. But there are bunch of issues
that are about D&D and they are closed as dup of 3875.

of 3875)
and some (if not all) of those listed in 3875.
What is the most productive way of finally fixing the original problem
of having to do special select of single cell, reopen 19133 and all
reassing all other as dup of it? And what do developers think about this
(maybe it is not even worth bothering them)?
