It would be nice if you had not sent this email to so many
different places.
As to your problem: Have you tried right clicking the ODT link
and selecting the "Save link" option. (It may not be exactly these
words though.) I do not use IE, so I am not sure of the exact words.
However, there should be a option to save the file that the link
points to.
