[users] Help for Getting Started odt files

I am trying to download the .odt files chapters of getting started.  It wants 
me to select a filter.  Anything I click on delivers an error message.  I am 
VERY frustrated - every email address I have used from the OOo web site returns 
a message that it could not be delivered. Can you help me?
