The author has since removed this spell check but I save a copy of it and
use it on a lot of OE installs:

No, unfortunately it can't.
There are separate spell checkers available that work within Outlook
Express. I use the non-free ABCSpell from www.isota.com (no, I'm not
connected with the company). There may be freebies out there too.
