I'm not an expert on using OOo under linux (although I do use it on linux, just not the majority of time) - I'll copy the list in, there is more than likely someone there that will be able to assist...

Hi Paul, This is what is happening: 1. I had Mandriva 2006 with OOo 2.0.0. My dpi resolution was set to 96dpi and I had installed Freetype. Also, I installed MS fonts (Arial, Verdana, etc..). The system woked perfectly with OOo, fonts were nice and everything was fine. What else can I do to improve my fonts ? 2. Right now I have even tried to take a screenshot of a small windoe and paste it into Gimp, this works perfect, the screenshot is displayed exactly as the original window. But, this is not the case with OOo, the screenshot after been pasted into OOo Writer, then it looks blurry, kind of out of focus. How can I solve this issue?
