Since OpenOffice.org (OOo) depends upon styles much more than any
other office program, I would advice you download the Getting Started
Guide and the Writer Guide from
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/. Everyone in the company
that uses OOo will benefit from these guides. There are three
chapters on styles in these two guides.
What you want to do is to create a template containing all of the
formating (styles) you desire. You need to do this by using the
Styles and Formating window (F11). Then save the template. Finally,
Set this template as your default template. How to do this is all
explained in Chapter 12 of the Getting Started Guide.
