A couple of dumb questions:
1. Have you tried specifying the path without the leading "."?
2. Have you tried without the leading "./"?
All three ("./foo", "/foo" and "foo") *should* mean the same but perhaps the
parser is broken; or the code that builds the full path from the parts.
