[users] Open Office on a Power Mac G5

Hi

I downloaded X11 and installed it on my Mac.
Then installed Open Office and it appears to have installed fine. I  
typed a letter and looked at the spreadsheet. Just like on my Windows  
copy.

But then I shut down my Mac, and the icon to activate Open office is  
nowhere to be found.. Not even searching for it with the Mac seacrh  
tool..

Where do I find the icon to activate Open office/
