[users] Question

Hello 
 I am using OOO1.1.2. I want to upgrade/install OOO2.0. I have downloaded 
OpenOffice-2.0.2-1.i386.rpm but while running the rpm package by doubleclicking
 on a P-IV machine having RHEL 4.0 I am being unable to install. 
 Please any one extend help in explaining how to install OOO2.0.
