You probably have a couple of options. 1/ try using a different browser to see if that makes a difference. Firefox is a good alternative and may not produce the same problems. 2/ Order a cdrom which has OOo on it. 3/ Try it again in a couple of days. With service resets it could be that the mirror that has been chosen is just having a bad day ;-)
