As others have noted, you don't have to contact anyone or really do much
apart from read and accepting the license - which for users is just
about the most non-invasive license I've encountered. But if you want to
give something back to the OS community generally, you could whisper in
someone's ear about providing Linux drivers for LG products. For
example, the only way I can upload / download things to my LG mobile
phone is by going around to my friend's place and using his Windows
computer.
