One method is to open the first document and move to the end of
it. Insert > File and choose the second story. Continue this process
of inserting the next story until the last story is added.
Using a master document may be another solution. Just remember
that to do this, all of the files have to have been created using the
same template. Someone with more experience in Master Documents will
have to answer if they will do what you want.
