[users] How to exclude the system tray icon

Dear Sers, after  the installation of OpenOffice.org vers 2.0.2  I click with 
the right mouse button the tray icon and chose "hide quicklaunch" and now I'm 
unable to restore the function that make appear the tray icon when I launch 
OpenOffice. Can you kindly tell me how to chose to show or hide the tray 
quicklaunch icon? I can't find any hint on this subject on the included help 
nor in the website.
