I am using version OpenOffice 2.0 of OpenOffice.org.
My problem is:
I have downloaded the program and my computer tells me
it is downloaded. On my desk top I have two icons. One
is the blue square with the two birds flying that is
just the link to OpenOffice.org. The other is a file
folder that says Openoffice 2.0 Installation Files.
After successfully installing the program I have
restarted my computer and clicked on the OpenOffice
Icon to start using the program but it tells me I need
to unpack the program and runs me through the
installation process all over again. I have made three
attempts and it just keeps telling me to unpack it.
How do I make this thing work? I am operating on
WindowsXP. Thank you.
