I agree with Arnold.  Keep it in English.  Sometimes their other issues
are due to not following directions also and this just perpetuates it.

I agree.  However, it is also polite to add to the response a
translation into the list's primary language.  I could understand part
of the question, but not all of it.  The information provided may also
help other users of OpenOffice.org even if their version is not German.
