Maybe you're looking for something different, but OOo 2.0.x Draw has
several shape collections including one for flowcharting, which are
available from the Drawing Toolbar. The shapes can be joined using the
lines from the Connectors set, also in the Toolbar, and each collection
icon can be dragged to make it a floating window for easier selection of
shapes and lines as you work.
