You get to these sites with a web browser. I don't think there's a list of the 
sites in ftp format with logon details etc.. Once you have found the site you 
need you can find the site name by clicking on the Download button and 
examining the resulting panel or by hovering the mouse over the button. Then 
press cancel and invoke your ftp software appropriately. I've always assumed 
people just use their browsers to download with but if you have an objection to 
doing that then ...
