[users] problem

Hi, I downloaded the new OpenOffice.org 2.0.4 but there is a problem  the thing 
is when I was done  downloading the software and then I started using 
OpenOffice.org 2.0.4  and I was using writer and then when I was done writing 
on writer ,I tried to print to my printer the new  OpenOffice.org 2.0.4  
wouldn't let me print any thing at all ,I think there is something wrong with 
the new OpenOffice.org 2.0.4 .
