When I go to Help: About it says 2.0.3.
I got some messages to scroll when I hit Cntl (one of the letters I was
asked to hit), but it was way too fast. So I went back and went to Help:
About and hit the Cntl D and then nothing, then the other letters and it
won't do anything.
I tried to hit the keys at the exact same time and then I also tried to hit
Cntl and then the letter, still nothing.

Hi Brenda,
What version and operating system are you on? I use Windows XP, with OOo
2.0.4. I tried what you said, inserting the field formatted like you had
it, and I saved the document, closed it and reopened it several times,
and
no extra commas were inserted. I did this all in the span of around 5
minutes though, so if there is a time factor (like it only happens when
the document is opened on the next day), I would have missed it.

I have OpenOffice 2.0 No other numbers are with it. This is an office
setting, so I can't upgrade.
Ms. Brown:
Can you go to the Help -> About and let me know what the results are. If
you could also press the Cntrl+S, Cntrl+D and then Cntrl+T keys and advise
of the build number, I would appreciate this.
