Yes.
Type some text into a cell. Then there are a few possibilities:
- as you type the text, select some of it with the mouse and change it's
attributes - font, bold, etc. or use the Character format dialog;
- modifying existing cell text, double click in the cell then select the
text you want to reformat as above.
- modifying existing cell text, click once in the cell to see the text
in the formula bar and then select the text you want to reformat there.
Is that what you meant?
