Several other people have also had this problem. They solved
theirs by doing the following:
1) Disconnect from the Internet
2) Disable your firewall and any anti-virus programs
3) Install OOo (OpenOffice.org)
4) Start your firewall and anti-virus programs
5) Reconnect to the Internet.
Steps 1 and 2 should enable you to install OOo without the 1935
error. Step 4 is REQUIRED before step 5 to prevent your computer from
being attacked by others.
