Hi Johnny
I searched a bit in the help, but I couldn't find the answer there, but I
THINK I have read it somewhere maybe a year ago or so... Is there a way
that
I can make everything I draw to have 0.3 mm thick lines (for example)?
Connection lines with dots at their ends also look wrong; the dots are
way
too big, so I need to change them every time. Of course I can select
everything when I finished drawing, but it would be more convenient for
me
if everything is right when I draw them in the first place.
The secret of learning how to use OpenOffice.org well is to learn styles!
Here's how to do it:
1. Show Styles and Formatting by clicking the button (first button on
second line) or pressing F11.
2. Right click the default style and click Modify.
3. Make the desired changes and click OK.
Done! The changes you made are now default for the existing document.
To take advantage of those changes in future documents, you can open that
existing document and use "Save As" to make a new document, or do that
automatically by saving that document as a template and making the
template default. To do that:
1. Select File / Save As, change the document type to OpenOffice.org Draw
Template, give it a name, and click Save.
2. Select File / Templates / Organise, select the template you just
created, and click Commands / Set as Default Template.
Done!
Adrian
