There is a good possibility that your program became corrupted during
the download process. Try fetching it again and see if it looks
different. You could md5sum your original first if you wanted too. The
md5sum loops it through some fancy maths and outputs a cryptic code. If
the code doesn't match the one listed, your download is bad.
