I have exported to PDF, and the graphics are shifted to the left there
too. It might be just my installation though, however odd that might be.

does seem to shift very slightly to the left. If greater than 100%, maybe
even 500%, everything seems alright. So it simply seems to be a problem of
the screen view, probably not existing in the printed version.
Have you checked the printout yet?
