What they're doing appears to be perfectly fine, from appearances (the
license allows one to sell the software, if one wishes). They are
charging a fair price for a CD version of the software, and they aren't
taking undue credit for the software itself, as far as I could see.
Being associated with another Community Distributor, I can't say much
more without prejudice, but I don't see the need to panic.
