System Tray, grey icon with two flying birds. Right click it and choose Exit Quickstarter. To re-start it, start Writer, go to Tools>Options>OpenOffice.org>Memory and ensure that "Load OpenOffice.org at system startup" is checked. Quickstarter will start the next time you reboot. Or run quickstart.exe from the OpenOffice program directory.
