I think you should resume the whole downloading operation.

I'm just downloading Open Office. The Download stopped at 81 %, althouh I'm the
proud user of a DSL 2000 Line,
the Download worked with a speed of only abt. 60 kbit/s.
I am now waiting since a number of minutes, but the download doesn't finish.
abt. 19% are still missing.
I tried to interrupt and go on by clicking "pause" and "go on" in the MS
Download manager (Sorry, I don't know the english
termination of the click button cause I use the german edition of XP).
I don't want to interrupt completely and restart the download for a 3rd try.
What can I do?
Please help me out.
