Hi Richard, Adrian,

Thanks for your replies. I thought there might be a version
issue, so I just uninstalled the previous version and downloaded
2.0.4. I have to do some more experimenting, but it seems that
the "standard" dictionary now retains entries from the previous
boot session, but the IgnoreAllList still forgets.

I'm not sure I fully understand the problem reported by Dan Lewis,
but it seems he has similar problems with the Linux 20.4 release
for personal dictionaries.

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help isolate the
problem.

Thanks.

Hi Aaron

But then, if I reboot, the entries seem to be lost. The red wavy underlines
reappear for the words I had entered in the dictionaries previously.

If you are using OpenOffice.org 2.0.3, the Windows version had a problem retaining your settings after a reboot.

That has now been fixed. I recommend you download and install 2.0.4.

... or else go back to 2.0.2. (There are some other issues that I've encountered and some that other people have reported with 2.0.4.)
