[users] Base Query filtered data not in Report Output

Hello

I am using OOo 2.04 on Windows Pro 2000
The data from the table shows up and the query creates the proper 
filtered information.
No matter what I do, I cannot get a query to work in a report.
The report results in all data and not filtered data.

Anybody?
