Suggestion: File an issue so that it is offered as an optino. I, for
one, can never remember the size of A6 paper.
The beauty of the A series page sizes (and maybe others as well) is you
don't need to remember all of them because each higher numbered sheet is
half the size of the previous in the sequence. I.e. starting with A1,
cut it in half by bisecting the longer side and you get two by A2 sheets
with the same aspect ratio as the original A1 sheet. Keep dividing for
A2 -> A3 -> A4 -> A5 -> A6 -> ...
