I attempted to download this evening and after the process completed I got a
message that either the disc or download was corrupted. My system uses
WindowsXP Home Edition, with Microsoft Office Student Teacher 2003 Trial
Edition. The computer is a refurbished Compaq Presario with an AMD Sempron
3200 processor. I've had it for about 6 months with no problems whatsoever. I
am downloading through a cable modem with wireless connection.
Don't know if that is helpful. Any thoughts or ideas on how to download your
product would be appreciated, it came with a very good reccomendation from the
place where I purchased my computer.

Try downloading from a mirror near you, or you can order OOo on CD for
very cheap, I believe (like shipping only).
