If you are using Windows XP, the program was install while being
logged in as Administrator. To uninstall it you must do the same: log
in as the Administrator. Secondly, you must also quit the
Quickstarter. This has an icon in the System tray next to the Clock.
It has a blue and gray background with silhouettes of two birds.
Right click this icon and select Quit. If you have anti-virus
software running you need to close that program also. The use the
control panel to remove OpenOffice.org.
