I have a mac power book G4 with osx 10.4 I am trying to download open office from your download site I am in the right place and am making the right dowmload choices it fail to mount at desktop after about 4mb have loaded says failure to mount. Don¹t have this problem with other software. I would rally like this programme Can you help me
