Try Format>Print Ranges>Edit and change everything to say "- none -" or, possibly, for the Print Range to say "- entire sheet -" and everything else to say "- none -". Don't type the word "- none -"; instead use the drop down list to select it. Ditto "-entire sheet -". My sheets have "- none -" everywhere and the whole sheet prints.
