i'm searching for *!h *and want to replace it with a heart symbol. In the
document there are many of what i'm searching for.
I also made a test and searched for a word it didn't find that too.

What specifically are you searching for? Others are using this
feature regularly with no problems. But this does not mean that what
they search for is the same things you are searching for. So, some
details would be nice.
