I have OpenOffice.org 2.0 installed on my new iMac running on OSX
10.4.8. I am a new MAC user but I thought I had everything going
correctly. I had created both a writer file and a calc file and
saved them.
I placed the OpenOffice.org icon in the Dock. Today when I double
click on the icon--the X11 app opens--the OpenOffice about window
comes up--but nothing else happens. It is like it opens and then
closes. This same thing happens when I try to open the app from the
Applications window. Also when I try to open one of the files
created with OpenOffice I get "This operation could not be
completed. An unexpected error occurred (error code-10660). Any
help would be appreciated.
