[users] Open Office fails to open

I'm own a Mac, using OS X, version 10.4.8, with an intel processor.  I
downloaded OpenOffice 2.0 a couple months ago, and it worked great for
awhile.  Now it won't open.  I double click on it, it opens X11, the first
small startup screen with the progress bar comes up, the bar moves about 1/4
of the way across, and then OpenOffice closes, without ever having fully
opened.
