I've made a template for a letter with envelope, composed by the following
"pages" with this order:

1. The envelope;

2. The letter first page;

3. The continuation page(s).

I want to number the letter's pages "<page number> - <total pages of the
letter>".

Take an example of a letter with two pages. Once that OOo counts all pages of
the document, the first page of the letter would be numbered "2 - 3" and the
second "3 - 3". Even if I impose the first page of the letter to assume that
is page number one, there is always one page "missing".

Any suggestions?
