You can try to:
- downoad the file from another downloadsite
- order the file on CD from one of the distributors at http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index.html#cdrom - buy a computermagazine with a software CD/DVD that contains OpenOffice.org (look for the latest version!)

If you have the file on your computer but get the error-message when you try to install, you should check the md5sum of the file. You can find the checksum on this page http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.4/md5sums.html, also you find instructions on how to perform the check. If the md5sum is correct, then you should try to install again, after closing your internet connection, firewall and antivirus. Be sure to close the internet connection before the other two. Then after succesfull installation restart you computer.
