To access headers in this program, select View -> Headers and click on the All selection. This will result in a screen full of information, and you have to look at the Delivered to: addresses. As CPH pointed out there will be two addresses: One is the mailing list, the second is to a moderator address. A moderator HAS to release the message to the list. This is to reduce spam on the list and to block out any message that applies under Number 7.
Now, something else to keep in mind. People post to this list thinking that we are PAID consultants or help desk people. They have NO IDEA that they are posting to a mailing list, and in most cases don't care. They want their problem fixed. So, be helpful. If you can recreate their problem and come up with a way around it or through it, post to the individual and to the list. Also, advise, nicely, that all further communications be to the list only. Also, threads about top-posting vs. bottom-posting are HIGHLY DISCOURAGED. If you want more on this Google RFC 1855 and read through the discussions there. Thank you. Returning to the regular list.
