     What you need to do is to open Draw and change the background to 
what you want it to be. Since you have used View > Master to do this 
before do it again. This time save it as a template. 
File > Templates > Save. Give the template and name as save it. Then 
use File > Templates > Organize. If My Templates folder is not open, 
click it to open it. Find the template name you just saved. Right 
click it to open a context menu. Click "Select As Default Template" 
at the bottom of this menu. From now on, Draw should open using your 
file as its pattern.
