No, OpenOffice.org (OOo) is an integrated office suite. It has a
core component that all the components use which is more than 75% of
the program. Furthermore, you may actually use several of these
component without realizing it.
For example, if you were working in a spreadsheet (Calc) and you
wanted a chart, Draw would also be used to create the chart. If there
were some text boxes, header, or footer, Writer could also be
required.
