Have you checked for spacing above a paragraph in the paragraph
style? If you are using multiple paragraph styles, use F11 to open
the Styles and Formatting window. Right click the style and select
modify. This opens the Paragraph Style: <style name>.
If you are only using the Default paragraph style, Format >
Paragraph will open basically the same window. Click the Indents &
Spacing tab. There is a Spacing section in the middle of this window.
Set the Above Paragraph to 0.00 and the Below Paragraph to the
spacing you want between paragraphs.
