Warning: OpenOffice.org won't work if you uninstall it. ;-)
Assuming you're using Windows, you just uninstall it in the usual way:
from Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
Just remember to stop the OOo QuickStarter first, or you'll probably see
an error when the uninstaller tries to remove a file that is still in
use. That was on Win 2000 - maybe later versions are a bit smarter now.
