Hi, in the documentation for master documents, it says on page 5 step 2 "Create a template containing the required styles, fields, and other elements" and then step 3 "Create the master document and subdocuments from the same template".
The template already exists with header and footer and the correct heading formats etc. Question: how do I "create the master document from [...] [a] template"?
